Copper electrodes

Copper Electrodes : historically, the electrode for electro-erosion is born in copper, a material with high thermal conductivity, easily workable and resistant to thermal shock.

Our skill in the manufacture of electrodes has allowed us, over time, to develop and fine-tune advanced milling technology for his historical electro-erosion material.

Major contracts in the aeronautical industry have strengthened our ability to make electrodes with highly complex shapes, in both copper and tungsten copper.

We acquired experience to make both design and production of tool-holders too, specific systems to fix the vane, and “control devices” of the machined parts in order to give you the possibility to increase your productivity.
